A second reformation

At AD Venture tonight we Andy Hine of Saddleback Church talked about the idea of a second reformation. The first reformation was one of thought. The idea of a second reformation is one of behavior. How can we trust God to show us the areas where he wants to change our behavior to show God's love to the world?

I thought what Andy had to say was fascinating. It resonated with a lot of the Emergent language...yet somehow he made it sound as though Saddleback had come up with it.

I just thought it was interesting. I enjoyed what he said–a lot. I just felt that the PEACE Plan is merely following the culteral shift taking place that Emergent has been trying to tackle/grasp/understand/be for 6-7 years.
