This is a great article. Listing out 13 things that just don't make sense within the world as we know it. I just love the fact that today there is still mystery in the world.
Typical of the Associated Press. They completely leave out the part of the story where demons are cast into the sheep. (Matthew 8:30-32)

An interesting link about the national debt and where it has increased in recent years.
I'm thinking Jesus certainly doesn't dig debt.
(I hesitated to even post this because I'd hate for this blog to become about my specific opinion about what Jesus is against. But in honor of embracing the journey, here it is.)

Got a gift basket today for my birthday and it had a couple packs of Planters Trail Mix in it. I initially glanced over it but later felt a little snacky and opened one up. Not very healthy but certainly yummmy. Honey roasted peanuts, yogurt flavored rasins, peanut brittle, cashews, pretzels, and caramel popcorn make up the mix. I downed almost the whole bag in a sitting. Only 160 calories, not bad... Oh, per serving. 160 times 5... Yeah, well, still less than 2 Quarter Pounders. Really good stuff. I really hate rasins and it turns out that if you mix them with all that other stuff and cover them with yogurt they don't even get in the way!
The cutest thing. We're leaving a baseball game and Clay says to me, "Dad, It's going to hail!". Now, it was 80 degrees when the game started and there was no chance of hail so I responded, "What?". He said he heard very clearly on the radio that it was going to hail. We went around and around for a few minutes, me trying to figure out what he heard. We finally figured it out.
The forecast was for "Isolated Showers" or as my son heard it, "ICEolated Showers". What is hail if not rain showers that have been ICEolated.
I love my boy!
